It is considered that if we add a certain scope, nature will be limited. According to Chinese traditional thought, inaction is the core of tea ceremony. The act of drinking tea, for itself, means the harmony between human being and nature to prompt a matter of individual self- cultivation. From this view, tea ceremony should not have a fixed form; otherwise, it will break with the tea ceremony’s spirit. How is Chinese tea developed to western? We study this view from an oral English sentence. The English saying goes, “one’s cup of tea”. It means that the thing is my favorite. Because of large communications and trading, tea is accepted by western people gradually and takes its place in the world in the field of beverage.
Tea made in china contains lots of kinds according to various classifications. Such as green tea, black tea, milk tea, Puer tea, jasmine tea etc. Puer tea became more popular because of its special cherish collect values. The annual output of Puer tea is very small because of the specific climate and geography conditions. But Puer tea can be kept over 10years, which makes this kind of tea become more cherished.
“Please step in and have a cup of tea” —The Chinese people, in their drinking of tea, place much significance on the act of “savoring”. “Savoring tea” is not only a way to discern good tea from mediocre, but also how people take delight in their reverie and in tea-drinking itself. Environment surroundings and tea sets are the elements that form the ambience for savoring tea. Every tea fans would like to enjoy the tranquil, refreshing, comfortable and neat locale for drinking tea. You may also imbibe it slowly in small sips to appreciate the subtle allure of tea-drinking, until your spirits soar up and up into a sublime aesthetic realm. Tea is brewed in hot water and appropriate teapots. You can take your enjoyment in delicate tea-things and tea ware. Usually, if the tea is made in a teacup, boiling water should be added after half of the cup has been consumed; and thus the tea cup is kept filled so that the tea retains the same bouquet and remains pleasantly warm throughout the entire course of tea-drinking.
